Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Compliance Analyst to join our team focused on generating files for state compliance using SnapLogic.
The primary responsibility of this role will be to gather, analyze, and document requirements for the file generation process, ensuring compliance with state-specific programs.
The Compliance Analyst will work closely with technical teams to ensure the smooth generation and submission of files for audit purposes.


Responsibilities:
  • Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders across various states to gather and document compliance requirements for file submissions.
  • Regulatory Mapping: Analyze and map compliance regulations across different states, ensuring all necessary data is included in the file generation process.
  • File Generation Oversight: Support the SnapLogic development team by translating compliance requirements into clear, actionable technical specifications for file generation.
  • Compliance Monitoring: Continuously monitor updates to state and federal compliance regulations, ensuring that requirements are up to date and reflected in the file generation process.
  • Testing and Validation: Participate in the testing and validation of the generated files, ensuring they meet the compliance and audit standards of each state.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Act as the liaison between compliance officers, state representatives, and the technical team to ensure clarity of requirements and expectations.
  • Documentation: Develop comprehensive documentation for compliance requirements, mapping, and file generation processes, ensuring all changes and updates are thoroughly recorded.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential compliance risks in the file generation process and recommend mitigation strategies to ensure regulatory adherence.
  • Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify areas of process improvement, enhancing the efficiency and accuracy of the compliance file generation.


Required Experience:
  • Compliance Experience:3+ years of experience in a compliance-focused role, preferably within regulated industries (healthcare, finance, government, etc.).
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Strong understanding of state-specific compliance regulations and the ability to map them to technical processes.
  • Requirements Analysis: Proven experience in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and compliance requirements.
  • Data Analysis: Ability to work with complex data sets to ensure they meet regulatory standards for file generation and submission.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively bridge the gap between technical teams and compliance stakeholders.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy in requirements mapping and compliance validation.
  • Technical Familiarity: Basic understanding of data integration platforms like SnapLogic, with the ability to translate compliance requirements into technical deliverables.

Preferred Skills:
  • Experience working on file generation processes, particularly in compliance-based projects.
  • Knowledge of data integration platforms such as SnapLogic.
  • Experience in Agile environments, with exposure to compliance or audit-related initiatives.
  • PBM experience.
