Hybrid Position

PMO resource will be responsible for supporting the successful delivery of the Unified Billing Platform with scope between now and 2026 based on a commitment to the FED. Full integration required effective coordination between cross-functional teams. This role requires a proactive individual who can streamline communication, manage project timelines and escalations of risks and issues. This resource will work at the direction of the IM Finance Business and Technology Lead.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Cross Functional Team Coordination:
Facilitate communication and collaboration between different teams (example stakeholders: PPA, Salespage Support, IM IT, FRPPE, Finance)
Schedule and organize cross-functional meetings, ensuring that all relevant stakeholders are involved
Document and follow up on actions and decisions made during meetings
Dependencies and interdependencies management
2. Project Planning and Execution:
Assist in the development and maintenance of detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation
Monitor and track project progress, identifying potential risks and issues, and escalating them to the stakeholders
Ensure all project deliverables are completed on time and within scope
3. Reporting and Documentation:
This is a hybrid role that will produce documentation supporting IMF and IMF Technology
Create and maintain project documentation, including status reports, risk and issues logs, and meeting minutes
Create technology requirements including end to end data flows from Golden Source to downstream consumption
Prepare regular updates and presentations for senior management and other key stakeholders
Ensure operational support processes are established and operationalized
4. Stakeholder Management:
Act as the main point of contact for cross-functional teams, addressing queries and concerns in a timely manner
Facilitate conflict resolution within and between teams
Manage and facilitate documentation reviews and sign-offs
