  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Field Service Technician / Engineer, NM, 6+ Months

Location: Rio Rancho, NM

Duties and Responsibilities

Install, deinstall, and qualify ASMPT s Proprietary Semiconductor Equipment for high precision interconnection technology for IC Packaging. Specificity, Back-end Assembly Equipment on Chip to Wafer or Chip to Substrate bonding
Analyze, interpret, and make critical decision on process and equipment related issues
Interface with customers to ensure technical issues are addressed on a timely manner
Provide technical training at customers facility
Support machine Installation and Qualification (IQ) activities as defined by our customers

Education and Experience Requirements

Minimum of an associate degree in mechanical/Electrical-electronic
Experience working in an electro-mechanical manufacturing environment a plus
