Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for Oracle Projects module.

Configure and customize Oracle Projects to meet business needs, including project setup, resource management, billing, costing, and reporting.

Perform end-to-end implementation of Oracle Projects module, including installation, setup, testing, and deployment.

Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Oracle Projects, troubleshoot issues, and implement necessary enhancements or patches.

Conduct user training sessions and create documentation to support end-users in utilizing Oracle Projects effectively.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, procurement, and IT, to integrate Oracle Projects with other enterprise systems.

Participate in system upgrades and migrations, ensuring smooth transition and minimal disruption to business operations.

Stay up-to-date with Oracle product developments and industry best practices related to project management and financial tracking.

Lead or contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing the functionality and performance of Oracle Projects.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.

Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in implementing and supporting Oracle Projects module within Oracle E-Business Suite.

Proficiency in Oracle PPM modules such as Project Costing, Project Billing, Project Management, and Project Resource Management.

Strong understanding of project management principles and financial processes.

Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite R12 or later versions.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.

Effective communication skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Proven ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Oracle certifications (e.g., Oracle Project Portfolio Management Cloud Certified Implementation Specialist) are a plus.

Experience with Oracle Cloud ERP and Fusion Projects modules is desirable but not required.
