Position Description:
At Ford Credit we are committed to innovation and are undergoing a significant platform transformation, creating exciting opportunities for talented individuals to join our team.
We are seeking a skilled Product Manager to join our Originations Transformation team and focus on supporting the Maintain Dealer journey.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and user experience, to deliver data-driven insights and recommendations.
You will play a critical role in advocating and executing the product vision, strategic direction, and roadmap, ensuring it aligns with Ford Credit's broader transformation goals. What you ll do
As a part of the Originations Transformation team, you will be responsible for:
- Refining the product backlog for our Maintain Dealer journey
- Formalizing design decisions
- Collaborating with product managers and development teams to define product requirements, create user stories, and prioritize features related to booking and funding user-interface
- Working closely with a product analyst and providing direction
- You will also be responsible for:
- Approving current state business process reviews
- Approving future-state process maps
- Approving functional requirements and user stories
- Approving new platform configurations and workflows
- Business sign-off and informing business stakeholders
- Consulting on UAT and integrations for business processes

Skills Required:
You'll have .
Understanding of indirect financing and the dealer model
Experience working and monitoring product performance
Ability to work with multiple functional areas, including business operations team members, product organization, engineering, User Experience (UX)/User Insights (UI), sales, customer support, finance, or marketing
Effective and inclusive when working in teams with diverse backgrounds to execute on a shared vision

Experience Required:
3+ years' experience with financial services
Understanding of indirect financing and the dealer model

- 3+ years with progressive responsibilities on agile software delivery teams

Bachelor s degree, or equivalent years experience
