- Minimum 6 years' experience with Driving planning with engineering, sprint planning, project management.
- Minimum 6 years' experience with Writing requirements and/or specifications
- Minimum 6 years' experience with Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint
- Expected Dates that Hard Skills Assessments will be scheduled: ASAP
- Hard Skills Assessment Process: The assessment process will include HSA with the Microsoft sponsor.
- Required Candidate Preparation: Candidates should be prepared to speak on resume and relevant experience.
- Write Requirements and Functional Specifications for new and updated features
- Sprint planning for application updates
- Support engineering team stand up
- Ensure systems remain Secure and Compliant, and meet all standards
- Partner with engineering and stakeholder teams to plan and deliver on functional and user acceptance testing (UAT). Plan scope and scenarios, write UAT plan, communicate scope and requirements to testers and stakeholders, run daily triage, and send daily status reports.
- Work across all stages of product lifecycle from product definition, planning, release, modifications, maintenance, and feature deprecation
- Write weekly status reports
- Communicate planned and in-flight work
- Several years of experience in technical program and project management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of product compliance requirements
- Experience with Azure Dev Ops (ADO)
- Ability to proactively identify issues and coordinate resolutions.
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders as part of a Technical PM team and as an individual with our partner team process, technical and business managers
