Job Summary:

Are you looking for your next role in as an HR Coordinator working for a non-profit? In this role you would be responsible for assisting the HR department in general day to day functions.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the recruiting process on open roles
  • Post open jobs to various platforms
  • Screen applicants resumes
  • Assist with setting up interviews with hiring managers
  • Oversee onboarding process and pre-employment requirements
  • Assign training modules and ensure completion for new employees
  • Attend job fairs to assist with recruiting needs
  • Assist with benefit enrollment for new employees
  • Assist with random drug screening program for current employees

Education and Certifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Related Field - preferred

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in Human Resources
  • 1+ year of experience in Paycom
  • Strong understanding of technology and computers
