Graceland Management Services, LLC is currently in search of a Sales Support Manager. The

Primary Responsibilities For This Position Include

  • Delivering excellent and always professional service to Graceland Dealers and Regional Sales Managers
  • Providing timely and accurate support
  • Overseeing the day to day activities for a specific Division of Graceland
  • Facilitating communication with Support Team and Regional Sales Managers, as well as Dealers
  • Supporting all aspects of the sales process

The Sales Support Manager is responsible for process creation, evaluation, optimization, and implementation. Identifying and resolving issues will be key activities. This individual will be responsible for assisting with the professional development of Sales Support personnel. Other duties may be assigned by management as required.

Requirements

  • Excellent computer skills
  • Availability to work an average minimum of 40 hours per week
  • Well organized and responsible
  • Aptitude in problem solving and teaching
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Team player with a high level of dedication
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a Sales or Management related field preferred
  • Management Experience a plus
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills
  • Occasional travel required
  • Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment
  • Excellent decision making capabilities
  • Thorough research skills and attention to detail
  • An understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
