Primary Responsibilities For This Position Include
- Delivering excellent and always professional service to Graceland Dealers and Regional Sales Managers
- Providing timely and accurate support
- Overseeing the day to day activities for a specific Division of Graceland
- Facilitating communication with Support Team and Regional Sales Managers, as well as Dealers
- Supporting all aspects of the sales process
Requirements
- Excellent computer skills
- Availability to work an average minimum of 40 hours per week
- Well organized and responsible
- Aptitude in problem solving and teaching
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Team player with a high level of dedication
- Bachelor’s Degree in a Sales or Management related field preferred
- Management Experience a plus
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills
- Occasional travel required
- Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment
- Excellent decision making capabilities
- Thorough research skills and attention to detail
- An understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
- Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations
