Role Description:
Responsibilities:

1. Working with the business on the functional requirements related to Product Life cycle management and Product licensee management activities.
2. Helping the development team to understand the functional requirements and drive for Implementation
3. Managing the Development Team

Essential Skills:

1. Having strong experience as a Development Manager and worked in the areas of Service management, Product development, Product Launch, Product management, Project management.
2. Wide breath and knowledge of Xerox products and not just for Product Activation but many aspects of our products.
3. Wide breath and knowledge of end-to-end business processes from launch (TFE) to Ordering, delivery, installation, billing, etc.
4. Primary BRM for understanding business needs and converting that into requirements and architecture.
5. Primary Architect for XCLS and XCRT applications landscape.
