Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Salesforce applications.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Identify, document, and track defects using a bug tracking tool.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into test scenarios.
• Conduct test data preparation and maintenance.
• Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Provide feedback on usability and user experience.
• Assist in training end-users on new functionalities.
• Stay updated on Salesforce features and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Salesforce Tester or similar role.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce functionality, architecture, and configuration.
• Proficient in writing and executing test cases and scripts.
• Familiarity with testing tools such as Selenium, JIRA, or equivalent.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
