  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Great employment opportunity for an experienced Guidewire Insurance Software Trainer

Hybrid location: 2-3 days onsite in Lansing, MI

Potentially contract to hire. Open to W2 and 1099 candidates.

Summary
The Guidewire Insurance Software Training Specialist is a role for an experienced, dynamic training professional who will be responsible for administering, organizing, conducting, and evaluating training and educational programs for individual and group-based training on the usage and functionality of Guidewire Software.

Responsibilities

  • With minimum supervision, develop and implement training and development strategies to train individuals in the functionality and usage of the Guidewire Insurance Software Platform
  • Independently develop and deliver training programs.
  • Schedule and coordinate training and development activities
  • Monitor training expenditures to operate training programs and activities within planned budgets.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree, preferred.
  • Position requires 4+ years of professional experience working with or the Guidewire Insurance Software Package.
  • Previous experience creating and presenting software programs in enterprise environments, preferred.
  • Applied experience in traditional classroom training, facilitation, and/or public speaking, preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, including verbal and written skills.
