Compensation: Salary range for new hires is generally $84,045.00 - $103,818.30 for Westlake Village, CA. Salary amount is determined by specific job location. In addition, the role may be eligible for annual bonincentives earned.

What you'll do:

What we are looking for:
- Coordinate and collaborate with external vendors, Information Technology, Business Intelligence, and business units
- Develop business requirement documents (BRDs) for technical teams
- Develop request for proposal (RFP) documents for potential suppliers
- Manage and perform user acceptance testing with software upgrades and version releases
- Provide end-user support, monitor systems, respond to inquiries, resolve and escalate reported incidents in an acceptable SLA
- Track project schedules, including dependencies, deadlines, and other information that may impact delivery or quality
- Develop project plans which identify key items and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements
- Ensure accomplishment of objectives by monitoring, updating, and evaluating project activities
What you need to have:
- Bachelor's Degree in Liberal Arts, Business, Finance, or related Field
- 1+ years of project management experience
- Detail oriented with strong analytical and critical thinking skills, effective written and verbal communication skills
- Intellectually curious with a desire to learn about complex business processes
- Ability to triage critical tasks and adhere to firm deadlines
- General knowledge of applications and database concepts and their structures
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint & Word)
- Strong Excel skills, including ability to summarize data via formulas, lookups, pivot tables, etc.is a plus
- Experience with SQL is a plus
- Great team player with the ability to work independently
