As a Senior Product Associate in Lending Innovation, you will play a key role in product development and optimization. Using user research and customer feedback, you will help create innovative products and improve existing offerings. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape the future of our products and contribute to ongoing success.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Partner with the Product Manager to identify new product opportunities through user research and discovery.
  • Plan for the implications of new product features on the overall product experience.
  • Support user research, journey mapping, and market analysis to inform the strategic product roadmap.
  • Analyze and track product metrics, ensuring alignment with time, cost, and quality targets.
  • Write requirements, epics, and user stories to support product development.
  • Collaborate with Engineering and Testing teams to ensure features are production-ready and provide a seamless customer experience.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
  • 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain.
  • Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle.
  • Experience in product life cycle activities, including discovery and requirements definition.
  • Developing knowledge of data analytics and data literacy.
