Internal Auditor Senior

As a senior internal auditor on the Audit and Advisory's (A&A) Operations team, you'll provide business process analysis and improvements, risk management, and control expertise to Progressive's strategic processes. You'll lead internal advisory and audit projects across the business, including new product and service launches, process change initiatives, new system implementations and conversions, and other enterprise-wide risk management and control-related projects.

This is a hybrid role located at our offices in Mayfield Village, OH, Carmel, IN, or Tampa, FL.

Must-have qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of 4 years of related audit, operational, or financial experience.

Preferred skills

• Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) certification
• Project management experience
• Demonstrated ability to make data driven decisions and deliver value through practical recommendations, e xcellent analytical, problem solving and financial skills
• Proven track record to influence others and interact with all levels within the organization, communicate with impact and empathy, drive change and influence business constituents timely to ensure effective operations
• Critical thinking and problem-solving ability to drive process control improvements and effectiveness to our business processes that enhance performance; able to simplify information or situations to provide clarity and support a decision

Compensation

• $70,100 - $93,500/year depending on position level
• Gainshare annual cash incentive payment up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance and position level
