SQL Server DBA

Position: SQL Server DBA
Duration: Part-Time
Location: Dallas, TX (Remote)

Required Skills:

• 10+ years of experience in SQL Server Database Administration:
• Expertise in SQL Server 2012 2022 with experience in installation, configuration, backup/recovery, and performance tuning.
• Advanced knowledge of T-SQL scripting for stored procedures, triggers, and functions, Views.
• Experience managing large-scale high-availability environments with replication, clustering, and mirroring.
• SSRS and RDLC Reporting Expertise:
• In-depth experience with SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and RDLC reporting.
• Proficiency in creating interactive reports, data visualizations, and customized report solutions.

SaaS Platforms:

Proven experience in designing and deploying SaaS solutions with multi-tenancy and scalability in mind.
Knowledge of cloud architecture and experience working with Azure.

HRMS:

Experience in designing and deploying HRMS platforms for enterprise-scale solutions.
Knowledge of integration points with HRMS (such as payroll, benefits, and performance management).

Role Management:

Strong understanding and implementation of role-based access control (RBAC), ensuring proper data security and multi-level access control.
Experience in managing user roles, permission levels, and security policies in both SaaS and on-premise environments.
