The Product Owner, Contract Lifecycle Management & Procurement is a member of the Digital IT, Finance, Procurement, and AES Business Solutions organization and is accountable to various support organizations for enablement of business value and performance of IT services. Primary accountabilities relate to supporting Contract Lifecycle Management & Procurement projects and operational requests enabling key processes. The position also provides guidance to the various customers and represents needs on various IT initiatives while being accountable to the business for advocacy of IT policies, strategies, processes, and practices. This Product Owner role provides a fantastic opportunity for building relationships and networking across various businesses and IT organizations.

Responsibilities May Include:
  • Facilitate relationships between the Procurement function business partners, IT Service Delivery teams, and third-party software/vendors
  • Work with IT Service Delivery leads and resources to prioritize and implement solutions, and to manage the resulting solution change impact
  • Partner with the Procurement, Commercial, Marketing, and other businesses to identify process improvements and enhancements to Icertis and its integrations to other business systems, maximizing Icertis' product value across the P66 enterprise
  • Lead managed service support for the CLM product
  • Help develop strategy roadmaps, potentially define user stories, and oversee product backlog for Icertis adoption with these same groups
  • Assist in defining project scope, goals, deliverables, value statements, IT project task, IT resource requirements, IT Support models
  • Facilitate creating visual representations of processes, data flows, and architectural hierarchy system documents
  • As Icertis CLM Product Owner, facilitate relationships between the Procurement, Commercial, Marketing and other function business partners, IT Service Delivery teams and third-party software/vendors
  • Partner with various business partner subject matter experts and related Service Delivery leads to manage vendor relationships, software lifecycles, negotiations, and long-term strategies
  • Assist IT Long Range Plan (LRP) by translating business needs into IT requirements and opportunities
  • Provide KPI's and metrics regarding Contract Lifecycle Management process/system adoption as needed


Required Qualifications:
  • Legally authorized to work in the job posting country
  • Bachelor's degree in Procurement Supply Chain, MIS, Computer Science, or related Information Technology field
  • 10 or more years of experience demonstrating analytical and problem-solving skills
  • 10 or more years direct experience working with IT Service Delivery teams and software vendors
  • Proficient (perform the skill with limited assistance) with Microsoft Office tools


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience as an IT Business Analyst or Project Lead in the Procurement, Marketing, or Commercial space
  • Demonstrated abilities to think strategically, both IT and business
  • Detail-oriented and able to convey details both functionally and technically
  • Strong competency in Innovation and Continuous Improvement, User Experience Focus, Business Value Mindset, and Analytical & Problem Solver
  • Past business application experience: SAP S4 (MM, HVC module, Logistics), SAP MDG, Salesforce, Icertis, Ariba, DocuSign, etc.
  • Experience implementing Icertis or other similar Contract Lifecycle Management systems
  • Able to work independently; Self-motivated with strong customer relationship skills
  • Demonstrated experience in project management methodology (i.e. Agile, Waterfall, etc.) and tools
  • Demonstrated experience with business process management methodology and tools with proficiency in illustrating process flows (i.e. Enterprise Architect), conveying workflows and streamlining processes
  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps for planning, development, testing purposes
