This is a 12-week paid learning experience during which you'll be able to connect and network with other interns and leaders within the company. We'll give you hands-on projects and the chance to create an immediate impact.

What you will do
  • Collaborate with the Experts: You'll team up with experts from the FinPro team to gain deep insights into the operations and unlock new possibilities for improvement.
  • Supercharge the team with AI: Drive impactful projects that will modernize and elevate the day-to-day work, helping to shape the future of the department.
  • Implement Innovation through Technology: You will dive deep into real-world data, using your analytical and technical skills to design, develop, and implement innovative solutions that optimize efficiency, accuracy, and decision-making.
  • Be a Data-Driven Changemaker: You'll have opportunities to showcase your work to key stakeholders, demonstrating the impact of your solutions and helping pave the way for a smarter, data-driven future for the company.


Qualifications
  • Advanced Student or Recent Grad: Currently enrolled in your final year of a Bachelor's degree, entry level, or pursuing a Master's degree in a relevant field, such as:
    • Data Science/Analytics
    • Computer Science/Engineering (with AI/ML focus)
    • Finance/Financial Engineering (with strong programming and data science skills)
    • Economics/Quantitative Economics (with strong programming and data science skills)
  • Results-Oriented Problem Solver: Ability to independently tackle complex business problems, break them down, and develop effective solutions using your technical skills.
  • Data Wrangling & Delivery: Proficiency in handling data throughout its lifecycle, from analysis to delivery. This includes:
    • Data cleaning, transformation, and analysis using tools like SQL and Python data handling libraries.
    • Building data pipelines to automate data processing and movement.
    • Delivering data insights through applications, APIs, visualizations, or dashboards.
  • AI/ML Toolkit: Strong understanding of artificial intelligence and machine learning concepts:
    • Familiarity with different machine learning techniques (supervised, unsupervised, etc.) and their potential applications in solving real-world problems.
    • Knowledge of various ML algorithms (e.g., regression, classification, clustering, time series) and their strengths and weaknesses.
    • Hands-on experience with relevant programming languages and familiarity with AI/ML cloud platforms or libraries.
    • Ability to effectively communicate data-driven insights to both technical and non-technical audiences, potentially through interactive applications, visualizations, or dashboards.

-Legally authorized to work in the United States
-High School Diploma or GED
-Must be actively enrolled in a degree program or graduated within the last year
-Employees of T-Mobile or Metro by T-Mobile are ineligible for internships

Employer does not sponsor work visas for this position. Note that this also applies to individuals who are students in F-1 status who desire sponsorship after they complete their education.

Relocation may be provided to program participants who reside more than 50 miles from the internship location.

Intern wages range from $20/hour to $40/hour. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on experience/location.
