Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Software Development Manager or Lead Software Engineer with strong expertise in software architecture, hands-on development, and team leadership. In this role, you will work on architecting, developing, and maintaining scalable applications, and lead a team of talented engineers. You ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, secure, and efficient solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of web applications and APIs.
Perform hands-on coding and architect workflows across multiple services and data stores.
Manage and mentor a team of software engineers, ensuring adherence to best coding practices and standards.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define technical requirements and project deliverables.
Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for continuous integration and deployment.
Architect and maintain enterprise-level services for both internal and external clients.
Troubleshoot performance, security, and scalability issues in existing applications.
Ensure cloud infrastructure is secure, scalable, and cost-effective using platforms such as AWS or Azure.
Foster a culture of continuous learning, improvement, and collaboration within the development team.

Required Skills and Experience:

10+ years of experience in software development, with proficiency in general-purpose programming languages such as Python, Go, or similar.
Strong experience with frontend frameworks (such as Angular, React, or Vue) and modern web technologies.
Expertise in database development, including SQL and NoSQL databases.
Deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
Experience with CI/CD tools and processes to ensure smooth deployment and integration workflows.
Familiarity with message queuing systems or event-driven architecture.
Proven track record of leading and mentoring software engineering teams.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work closely with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Preferred Qualifications: Experience with microservices architecture and service-oriented architecture (SOA).
Familiarity with identity management frameworks such as OAuth 2.0, SAML, or similar.
Background in Agile/Scrum and Waterfall development methodologies.
Strong experience with both backend and frontend development.
Experience working with third-party services and APIs

Education:

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Master s degree in a related field (preferred but not required).
