Your Role & Responsibilities:

As a Mid-Level Imagery Analyst, you will:

  • Perform High-Impact FMV Analysis: Conduct hands-on full-motion imagery analysis to produce intelligence products that support national security objectives, senior policymakers, the Department of Defense (DoD), USMC, and Intelligence Community (IC) initiatives.
  • Maintain Situational Awareness 24/7/365: Work in a shift environment, providing real-time full-motion video exploitation while maintaining a comprehensive understanding of mission requirements and intelligence priorities.
  • Leverage Advanced Tools and Databases: Use Cedalion, its follow-on systems, and other multi-disciplined IC databases to gather amplifying or clarifying information, ensuring thorough and accurate analysis.
  • Create Tailored Intelligence Products: Produce standard and non-standard FMV imagery analysis products, including motion imagery summary reports and mission-specific deliverables tailored to meet USMC requirements.
  • Conduct In-Depth Imagery Research: Utilize a variety of imagery sources, including NRO Overhead Systems, aircraft, FMV, and civil/commercial sensors, to answer detailed information requirements and support ongoing missions.
  • Generate Structured Observations: Create and provide metadata to support structured observations, ensuring that intelligence products are actionable and informative.
  • Support Live Operations: View, exploit, record, and provide real-time exploitation comments on live FMV missions, identifying targets and target-related activities using a deep understanding of the Order of Battle.
  • Enhance Mission Effectiveness: Conduct target research, identify gaps in existing intelligence coverage, and analyze data from various sources to provide comprehensive insights that inform operational decision-making.
  • Contribute to Team Success: Collaborate with peers to provide assessments, multimedia production support, and peer-to-peer evaluations, ensuring that the team operates at peak effectiveness.

Qualifications We're Looking For:

  • Relevant Experience: 3-5 years of experience in the US Military, Law Enforcement, or Intelligence Community, with a focus on FMV and imagery analysis.
  • Security Clearance: U.S. citizenship with a current Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI) / T5 investigation and eligibility for Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI).
  • Analytical Skills: Experience utilizing, analyzing, and extrapolating intelligence information from still and full-motion video, with the ability to provide actionable insights to decision-makers.
  • Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of standard office procedures, ability to operate essential office equipment, and proficiency in MS Office, data entry, and collaboration tools.
  • Communication and Teamwork: Strong teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate efforts effectively within an organization.
  • Typing Skills: Ability to type at least 40 words per minute while performing live FMV exploitation.
  • Physical Readiness: Meet minimum physical requirements to perform all duties and responsibilities as defined by management.
Physical Demands:
  • Operational Flexibility: Be prepared to sit, talk, listen, and frequently walk, use hands, and reach with arms as part of daily job functions.
  • Mobility: Occasionally required to stand and lift/move up to 30 pounds. Must complete all medical examinations required for temporary duty or full-time deployment as needed.
