Raycon seeks an Amazon Growth Manager to lead our Power Tech roadmap and develop and implement comprehensive growth strategies for our newest lineup of products on Amazon. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Raycon is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Salary ranges are determined through alignment with market data. Base salary offered is determined by a number of factors including the candidate s experience, qualifications, and skills. This role is also eligible for bonus compensation and employee benefits.
NYC Base Salary Range: $70,000 - $110,000 USD

Role Overview
Raycon seeks an Amazon Growth Manager to lead our Power Tech roadmap and develop and implement comprehensive growth strategies for our newest lineup of products on Amazon. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Grow our power tech subcategory on Amazon through product listing optimization, inventory management, and growth tactics
- Provide guidance to the PPC team to align PPC campaigns with overall growth strategies and SEO efforts.
- Collaborate with the creative team to improve product visuals, including images and videos, ensuring they effectively showcase the product.
- Monitor and analyse key performance metrics, and provide regular reports and insights to inform strategy adjustments.
- Coordinate with internal teams (PPC, SEO, and Commercial) and external partners to drive the execution of growth strategies.
- Ideally 3 years of relevant experience in e-commerce, preferably in an Amazon-related role.
- A proven track record of successfully managing Amazon accounts and driving growth
- Deep understanding of Amazon SEO, PPC, product listing optimization, and catalog management.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in using Amazon Seller Central and related tools.
- Self-motivated and diligent team player personality
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
