Job Status: Full-time (40 hours per week), on a Contract

Position Summary:

Our client is looking for an experienced API Developer to join their team and play a key role in building efficient, secure, and scalable data communication channels. Your expertise in API design, development, and integration will be essential to ensure seamless data flow across systems. As an API Developer, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including frontend and backend developers, to build high-performance APIs that power web and mobile applications.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Creating change management strategies to achieve the organizational goals.
  • Developing and implementing plans to manage change.
  • Leading, coordinating, and managing change management activities.
  • Engaging with frontline team members and leaders to facilitate the transition to a new timekA Bachelor s Degree in information systems, business administration, or a related field is required.
  • Two to Five years of working experience.
  • Change management certifications and experience are preferred.
  • Experience with and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Organized with a natural inclination for planning strategy and tactics.
  • Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others.
  • Acute business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges.
  • Familiarity with project management approaches tools, and phases of the project lifecycle.
  • Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts.
  • Comfortable working with all levels of the organization.
  • Able to demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision individually and as part of a team.
  • Highly proficient with Excel and other reporting and analysis tools.


Preferred Education and Certifications

  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Relevant certifications in API development, cloud technologies, or Microsoft .NET framework (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate) are a plus.

Preferred Experience

  • 3 to 7 years of experience in developing APIs in .NET and working with JSON for data formatting.
  • Experience working with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and API management tools.
  • Proven track record in integrating APIs with third-party systems and applications.
  • Experience in Agile development environments is preferred.
