Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Curam Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing, customizing, and implementing solutions using the Curam Social Program Management platform. You will collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet organizational needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement Curam-based applications and solutions.
Customize Curam modules and components to meet specific client requirements.
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and understand system requirements.
Perform system testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of Curam applications.
Maintain and enhance existing Curam applications to improve performance and functionality.
Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications and user guides.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
Stay updated on the latest developments in Curam and related technologies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Curam Developer or similar role.
Strong understanding of the Curam Social Program Management platform.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, SQL, and JavaScript.
Experience with web services and integration technologies (e.g., REST, SOAP).
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
Curam Certification is a plus.
Experience in the social services domain.
Knowledge of database management systems and data modeling
