The Role

As the first Revenue Operations Manager at Vizcom, you’ll be responsible for creating a scalable systems foundation that will be critical in revenue growth. This will include optimizing and streamlining processes across the go-to-market functions, overseeing the analysis and improvement of key revenue operations, ensuring alignment between departments, and supporting strategic decision making through data driven insights.

Key responsibilities in this role will be to ensure that all revenue-related functions work seamlessly together. This will include managing revenue forecasting, improving CRM systems and connectivity with other go-to-market systems, territory management and planning, quota & compensation planning, and developing actionable reports.

How You’ll Do It

  • Developing and implementing key sales processes, including territory definition, workflow improvements, compensation, and team structuring
  • Managing and integrating CRM and other sales tools, ensuring data integrity and efficient workflows
  • Creating comprehensive reporting and providing actionable insights to drive decision-making
  • Implementing best practices for sales operations and continuously improving processes
  • Assisting in revenue forecasting, capacity planning, and sales team enablement
  • Collaborating with marketing and product teams to enhance sales collateral and playbooks
  • Supporting complex deal structures and streamlining the contract process.

What You’ll Bring

  • 4-7 years in revenue operations or sales operations, preferably in SaaS or enterprise software
  • Proven track record of scaling revenue operations from early-stage to growth-stage ($5M+ ARR)
  • Expert-level proficiency with Salesforce CRM and experience with sales tools like Gong, Prospect, and HubSpot
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in territory planning and management
  • Knowledge of B2B sales processes, particularly in product-led growth models
  • Experience partnering and scaling with a fast moving enterprise sales team.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Experience working in an extremely high-paced sales organization

Compensation

The salary range targeted for this position is USD$130k - $180k. This role is eligible for equity.

The actual offer is determined based on multiple factors, including experience, location, and other business considerations. The overall package described in this post applies to W2, U.S. based employees- final package will be determined by local requirements and employment laws and accessibility.
