Location: New York (Hybrid, 3 days per week in office)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Event Strategy: Oversee the entire event process from initial planning to post-event retrospectives. Handle everything from vendor management to on-site logistics for global conferences and trade shows.
  • Global Conference Management: Develop and execute strategies for global brand marketing initiatives, increasing awareness and engagement with our brand.
  • Track Event Success: Set clear goals and track key metrics, such as lead generation and opportunities created, to ensure event success.
  • Own Vendor Relationships: Build and maintain relationships with top-tier vendors and agencies for flawless event production and execution.
  • Budget Oversight: Manage event budgets, working closely with legal and finance teams to ensure everything stays on track.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with the marketing team to ensure alignment, identifying new opportunities for enhancing experiential marketing initiatives.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years of experience in event/field marketing for a B2B cloud software vendor in spaces like Observability, Cloud, FinOps or Cybersecurity.
  • Proven ability to manage end-to-end logistics for large-scale conferences and trade shows like AWS Re or Google etc
  • Near-native English proficiency (required).
  • Exceptional communication, collaboration, and organizational skills, with a knack for using data to drive decisions.
  • The ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, consistently meeting tight deadlines while maintaining a sharp eye for detail.
  • Creative thinking with a willingness to travel and work a flexible schedule.
  • Familiarity with tools like HubSpot and Salesforce (preferred).
  • A degree in Marketing or Communications (a plus).
