NOTE: This role is based in NYC. We operate a flexible, hybrid office policy in which employees are expected to be in-person at least three days per week. LOLA and EVER are wholly owned subsidiaries of Forum Brands, which builds and operates exceptional brands with exceptional products in the Family and Health & Wellness categories.

We are hiring a Social Media & Influencer Marketing Strategist to support social media and influencer management for LOLA and EVER Skincare! You’ll be responsible for building brand awareness, driving customer engagement and fostering a loyal community across both brands. This role reports into the VP of Marketing.

What you'll do:


  • Manage social media presence for EVER and LOLA, including Instagram, Meta, Pinterest, TikTok and emerging channels
  • Develop and execute a social content strategy to drive brand awareness and growth, including ownership of the monthly social content calendar
  • Plan social media campaigns to support evergreen brand messaging, product launches, advocacy and partnerships, education, giveaways, TikTok / IG trends, and key industry moments
  • Create TikTok and supplementary Instagram content via tools like CapCut and Canva
  • Develop a comprehensive influencer/creator strategy that includes affiliate, organic, and paid partners
  • Drive audience growth and foster community through community management and inbound and outbound engagement
  • Identify and perform outreach to affinity brands for a variety of collaborations and partnerships, including email swaps, giveaways, GWPs (gifts with purchase), product collabs, and more
  • Monitor, analyze, and report out on performance tracking and KPIs across all social media channels, including engagement, reach, follower growth and traffic
  • Maintain a cohesive brand experience across all social channels, adhering to brand guidelines and elevating the brands’ aesthetic




Requirements

  • 3 - 5 years of experience in a social media and/or influencer marketing role
  • Passion for consumer goods/women’s health & wellness products
  • Expertise in concepting, executing and managing social media campaigns across channels like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, and more
  • Experience creating Instagram and TikTok content
  • Experience working with influencers and content creators
  • Experience managing or developing an internal influencer affiliate program
  • Experience with Canva, Later, CapCut, Shopify, and analytics platforms like Looker or GA4 ideal
