Job Title: Data Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

  • Extract, clean, and analyze large datasets to uncover trends and insights using SQL.
  • Develop and maintain Python scripts for data processing, analysis, and reporting.
  • Utilize AWS for data storage, management, and processing tasks.
  • Work with Databricks to perform advanced data analysis and optimize data workflows.
  • Create interactive data visualizations and reports using QuickSight to support business strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data quality and integrity.
  • Continuously improve data reporting processes to drive efficiency and accuracy.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in data analysis and report building.
  • Strong proficiency in Python and SQL for data manipulation and analysis.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services and Databricks for data processing.
  • Expertise in creating reports and dashboards using Quicksight.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and communicate insights effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with additional data visualization tools.
  • Knowledge of data governance and best practices in data management.

Location: McLean, VA

Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $90,000 – $100,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
