JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Lead small scale projects or work as part of a team under the direction of senior UX roles. Understand and advocate for client and end user needs. Work closely with cross-functional teams to help define business and feature requirements, user scenarios, and use cases.
  • Create UX and design assets including process flows, site maps, conceptual diagrams, wireframes, and mockups to effectively communicate high-level design strategies and detailed interaction behaviors.
  • Present design concepts to the larger team in a clear and organized fashion.
  • Work closely with product stakeholders to ensure a full understanding of the product teams needs and priorities.
  • Participate in weekly team meetings and design reviews.
  • Work within project timelines, deliver design assets based on product roadmap.
  • Evangelize user experience and user-centered design throughout the company.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's' degree or demonstrated competency in Usability, Human Factors, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology or relevant field.
  • Knowledge of modern design/prototyping tools.
  • 1-2 years of User Experience design experience or demonstrated competency.
  • Demonstrated ability in one more additional areas of user-centered design such as; content strategy, information architecture, or visual design.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience working in modern research, prototyping, and design tools.
  • Strong practical knowledge of user-centered design methodologies, usability principles, information architecture and interaction design.
  • Take ownership for self-development, stay current with design patterns, best practices, and tools in the field of UX.
  • Accept feedback and coaching from senior teammates.

Total Rewards: The salary range for this position is $63,000-$85,000 of the salary range and is based upon years of experience that is commensurate with the level of the position.

All employees at our company are eligible for annual bonus compensation. The target for this position is 10% of the base salary offered. Employees are eligible for health benefits such as medical, dental and vision; wellness benefits such as mental & financial health; and retirement savings (401K) commensurate with the standard rewards offered in each individual location or country, for the relevant position level.

We also provide employees with paid time off including vacation (15 days), holiday including floating holidays (12 days) and sick time off (72 hours).
