An integral part of the Enterprise Go-to-Market Operations Team, the Product Information Analyst will build and maintain core product information through various systems in the Product Creation and GTM phase. You will be responsible for ensuring product data accuracy in PLM and generating Linesheets.You must have the ability to manage your time and complete tasks to support critical milestones in the product creation process timelines, and completeness to support critical milestones in the product development process and through its usage in downstream systems. In addition, you will be asked to generate ad hoc reports and to supply data to support various team needs, including line plans, planning documents and presentations.

CORE ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Responsible for the creation and governance of product related line plan data across product creation systems (FlexPLM) and various downstream systems (i.e SAP, PIM, AirTable)
  • Manage product data updates through major milestone meetings on time to enable accurate and timely pass off to downstream teams.
  • Continuously monitor product creation data for accuracy and work with cross functional partners to correct data inaccuracies or inconsistencies.
  • Work closely with Product Merchandising and cross functional stakeholders on a daily basis
  • Encourage system and process development. Become a key contributor to the Cole Haan product roadmap and enable and encourage Product creation excellence across product triad.
  • Support the ongoing evolution of the product creation systems (FlexPLM)
  • Act as a change agent, working closely with the Product Merchandising and Product Operations teams as well as cross functional partners to strengthen operational process excellence within and outside the function.
  • Explore opportunities for process improvement where appropriate.
  • Establish close and collaborative working relationships with key partners within the product triad. Become the subject matter expert on product data
  • Build dashboards to report on data completeness and product creation progress against targets.
  • Sample management during key milestones.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, Merchandising, or IT/Operations preferred
  • 1+ years prior experience in business analysis role
  • Product Management System experience (FlexPLM preferred)
  • Demonstrated proficiency using digital systems
  • Entrepreneurial mindset
  • Attention to detail is a must
  • Excellent verbal/written communication skills
  • Highly organized
  • Ability to assess priorities and work collaboratively with multiple departments
  • Strong MS Office skills, with focus in Excel and Power Point

Base Salary/Hourly Range: From $65,000.00 to $75,000.00 annually*

Bonus Eligibility: Yes, eligible for annual target bonus based on company and individual performance
