We are looking for someone who is a strategist, someone who works well under deadlines and in a fast-paced environment, can communicate well and has excellent leadership skills. The suitable candidate will oversee and manage a department of 6 individuals, all reporting to them. They will oversee the function and process in which the department runs. This department's focus is to drive business growth and maximize sales opportunities, this will include lead sourcing, qualification, nurturing and conversion. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams. The successful candidate will report to the three Division Directors.

Requirements

  • Responsible for Leads Generation and Managing KPIs and metrics.
  • Manage information in weekly report(s) provided to the Managing Director(s).
  • Coordinate with the directors of the three revenue producing divisions to devise effective leads strategies for each.
  • Monitor, analyze and adjust lead strategies as necessary to maximize performance.
  • Manage and mentor a team of six lead specialists including appointment setters and lead dialers providing guidance and support to ensure targets are met.
  • Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and best practices in lead generation.
