Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to track a range of projects from business initiatives to highly complex transformation projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management methodologies and possess excellent communication and leadership skills. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Project Planning: Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans for a range of project types, defining key milestones and timelines.

• Risk Management: Ensure potential risks to project timelines are identified and included in the project plans.

• Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status.

• Collaboration: Develop a cadence to collaborate with all program and project owners to ensure project tracking is timely, accurate and reflects all changes.

• Reporting: Prepare and present project tracking reports to senior management and stakeholders, highlighting progress, risk, and status on key deliverables

• Responsive: Operate in a fast-paced environment and be highly responsive with short turnaround times.

Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Proven experience as a Project Manager (3+ years).

• Prior experience in a consulting environment preferred

• Strong knowledge project management planning and tracking

• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).

• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Monday.com, Microsoft Project).

• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

• Strong leadership and team management abilities.

• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.

Skills:

• Strong knowledge project management planning and tracking

• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).

• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Monday.com, Microsoft Project).
