  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

They are seeking a mid to senior level finance person who understands mortgage banking accounting. The ideal person understands how to communicate with loan officers, operations personnel and finance people. The key responsibilities of this role are:

. Budgeting and forecasting

. Analysis of financial reports and making recommendations to senior management and to the Board.

. Analyze trends in the marketplace, and how the company needs to respond (from a retail lending perspective).

. P&L reviews.

. Cost analyses and strategies to keep margins high and costs low.

. Monitor KPI's - develop strategies to make sure they are in line.

. Modeling

. Servicing fundamentals.

Requirements:

. Retail mortgage experience in accounting and financial reporting.

. The personality to deal with loan officers and operations with balance and empathy.

. Min of 10 years FP&A experience.

. Leadership experience.

. Quantitative mind.

. Excellent communicator.

. Advanced software skills, especially Excel.
