We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Systems Engineer (Tier 3) to join our IT team. The job of a SystemsEngineer will be that of implementation, pointof escalation and maintenance for cloud hosted systems and related on-premises systems:

  • Information Systems (IS/IT)is an independent Business Unit within SoftekGlobal Services as a part of a largerconglomerate and is expected to uphold the values and spirit of the companyand its foundersas well as the integrity wherein confidentiality is key while always being of outstanding character.
  • The IT staffmust operate holistically, being aware of both the present and potential impactupon other systems, relevant scope, goals and initiatives both within and outside the team including other departments, customers and partners.
  • Segregation and Securityof data will be requiredbetween hosting solutions and their subsystems.
  • SGS IT coversa broad rangeof time zones.As such the team must be willingto work afterhours, within deadlines to meet milestones, schedule meetings, multi-task to meet demand.This is as needed when emergencies arise.
  • SGS IT providesoversight and best practices recommendations as offerings.
