- Strategic Planning, Budgeting and Forecasting
- Operational and Technical Oversight of Service Delivery
- Quality Assurance, Compliance and Customer Satisfaction
- Pricing/Quoting
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in management, proven service industry experience, and relevant certifications. This role is suited for a dynamic leader looking to make a significant impact in a fast-paced environment. Specifically, we are seeking candidates with:
- 5+ years of demonstrated related performance management experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- A strong understanding of business management, including basic financial analysis, operational processes, and customer service
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, mentoring, and leadership skills
- A passionate desire to lead and develop Teams of Technicians
- Ability to strategize, solve problems effectively, and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with standard business software and the ability to learn and work within various technologies
- Fire and life safety experience is a plus
