Role & Responsibilities

As Clara’s Brand Marketing & Community Engagement Lead, you’ll report directly to the CEO and have an outsized impact on the trajectory and direction of the company. We’re excited to see what you’ll bring to the team!

This role is ideal for hustlers, motivated by the challenge of the unknown and excited by the prospect of learning by doing. In this role you will work alongside company leadership to establish and optimize customer acquisition strategy through effective brand development efforts, organize and execute against growth priorities, and be the face of Clara to our growing community of families, caregivers, and referral partners!

Specifically, you will own the execution of the following workstreams:

Partnerships

  • Establish and maintain referral relationships with post-acute facilities and other local community organizations
  • Innovate on partnership structure to increase referral volume/quality

Community Outreach

  • Attend/organize events to establish Clara in the community
  • Create and manage caregiver recruitment/enrichment/activation/appreciation events
  • Represent Clara at conferences or other large-scale events
  • Attend care site visits

Social Media/Digital Marketing

  • Iterate on search and social channel strategies
  • Drive content creation strategy
  • Manage company social network/social media presence
Target Candidate
  • 2-5 years professional experience in startups or similar roles
  • Outcome-oriented & biased towards action
  • Outgoing and extroverted. Is energized by customer interactions and thrives in social situations
  • Likes to move quickly. Prefers the daily adventure of startup culture to the bureaucracy of big companies

Nice to haves

  • Direct care industry experience
  • Community management experience
  • Technical/analytical skills (Python/SQL/BI Reporting)
