Printpack, a leading manufacturer of flexible packaging products, is seeking a qualified candidate to fill the position of Quality Manager to support their GPC facility located in Grand Prairie, TX. This position will report to the Quality Director. QUALIFICATIONS: 5+ years of quality experience in manufacturing 4-year college degree or equivalent experience Experience with ISO 9001-2015 Quality System administration Experience with Food Safety and certifications Demonstrated success leading, providing clear directions, and influencing others Ability to write, present, and communicate with clarity and precision with internal stakeholders, customers, and suppliers Consistent and strong ability to plan, organize, and manage time across multiple tasks while working individually and on teams Training or experience in statistical quality control methods and lean manufacturing Demonstrated advanced skills in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Physical Demands: Ability to stand for significant periods of time and to move throughout the plant (this includes steps and ladders) to complete work machine side, in the lab, and warehouse.
