Job Overview

Acum Connect is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Data Entry & Customer Service representative. In this role, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate and updated customer data while providing exceptional customer service.

Pay Range

$17.00 - $29.00 hourly

Responsibilities

  • Accurately and efficiently enter customer data into our database
  • Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency
  • Compile and generate reports on customer data and performance metrics
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including filing and organizing documents

Minimum Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Basic knowledge of architecture and planning principles
