Responsibilities

  • Overseeing various aspects of the clinical program.
  • Selecting, training, supervising and evaluating clinical staff.
  • Help with program development and quality management initiatives.
  • Attending/co-leading clinical staff meetings.
  • Assisting in providing direction resolution of problems identified by staff.
  • Collaborating with a multi-disciplinary treatment team.
  • Performing Utilization Reveiws, clinical presentations and outreach to the community.
  • Assisting in meeting the fiscal goals/metrics as determined by supervisor
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills required.
  • Spanish Speaking is a plus.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Work in a multi-disciplinary team to provide direct patient care as needed (i.e. facilitating groups or therapeutic meals).

Education, Competencies, And Credentials

  • Masters Degree in Mental Health required.
  • PsyD and PhD is preferred in a social services/mental health field required.
  • Licensure in state of FL is required
  • Experience with eating disorders and trauma are highly recommended.

Hours: 40 per week M-F
