Job Description

Sigmatech is currently seeking a Director of Pricing to support our corporate office in Huntsville, AL. Responsibilities include:

  • Develop pricing models, perform cost analysis, estimating, and cost narratives.
  • Work with finance, program control, contracts, business development and technical personnel to meet immediate and anticipated pricing requirements.
  • Maintain well-documented records, participate in cost reviews, respond to rate and budget questions and is required to adhere to and comply with corporate policies, procedures, and GSA schedules.
  • Ensure compliance with government contracting regulations and will be required to interface with Government audit agencies.
  • Analyze historical data to form accurate cost estimates and develop ways to reduce costs. Analyze RFP requirements, research, and map labor categories to industry wage survey databases.
  • Support and participate in cost proposal negotiations and prepare/present briefing packages for management review.

Required Experience
  • BS degree and 10+ years relevant Government contract pricing experience
  • Experience with EXPRESS, OASIS, and RS3 contract vehicles
  • Able to review solicitation requirements, and develop timely, accurate, and compliant cost models and narratives
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and organizational skills
  • Proficient in MS Office suite, particularly Excel
  • Able to read and analyze an RFP to identify risks, and interpret solicitation requirements for various types of contracts, such as cost-plus-fixed-fee (CPFF), cost plus award fee contract (CPAF), firm-fixed-price (FFP), time and materials (T&M), indefinite delivery and indefinite quantity (IDIQ) task orders, and General Service Administration (GSA) schedule
