- SharePoint development and system administration.
- Microsoft Power Apps integration, JavaScript, C#, SQL, and .NET frameworks.
- Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science in Computer Science.
- Integrate SharePoint with Microsoft products and workflows.
- Develop and support existing and planned Microsoft SharePoint sites, strategies, frameworks, and standards.
- Provide end-user support for SharePoint applications.
- Microsoft SharePoint Responsibilities:
- Conduct analysis, design, development, support, and user training for new and existing departmental SharePoint sites.
- Assist in the development of a wider strategy and framework for online communication and collaboration.
- Provide strategic planning and technical development support.
- Specific tasks may include:
- Support daily use and enhancements of existing SharePoint sites.
- Analyze, design, develop, and document new SharePoint sites.
- Assist in the development of an enterprise strategy and framework for SharePoint use.
- Ensure the creation and review of designated project deliverables.
- Provide demonstrations and training during project development, testing, and deployment.
- Document code development and workflows.
- Troubleshoot SharePoint applications and provide end-user support.
- Generate management reports.
- End-User Support for SharePoint Applications:
- Help users resolve technical issues and provide guidance.
- Tasks include:
- Troubleshooting issues, such as diagnosing and fixing software problems.
- Managing user accounts, including account setup and password resets.
- Offering training sessions and resources on software tools.
- Creating and maintaining user manuals and troubleshooting guides.
- Providing remote support using desktop tools.
- Gathering user feedback to improve services.
- Reporting incidents and resolutions for analysis.
- Escalating technical issues when necessary.
- Monitoring system performance and preemptively addressing issues.
- Managing software patches and updates.
- Assisting with onboarding and initial setup for new users.
- Supporting daily use and enhancement of SharePoint sites.
- Tracking project progress, identifying risks, and developing mitigation plans.
- Microsoft SharePoint development and support.
- Systems development methodologies and project management practices.
- Communicate effectively with peers, end users, vendor staff, and all levels of management.
- Work collaboratively within a diverse IT organization.
- Deliver project presentations to senior and executive judiciary management.
- Assist with strategy and design of deliverables.
- Integrating database capabilities within the SharePoint environment, including developing plans and frameworks.
