We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Manager of Instructional Content Development to join our team. In this role, you will oversee the development, execution, and evaluation of top-quality instructional content. You will be responsible for leading a team of instructional designers in the creation and delivery of engaging, innovative learning solutions that meet both the needs of our learners and the strategic objectives of our organization.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Lead, guide, and support a team of Instructional Designers in the creation of engaging and effective educational content.
  • Review and approve instructional design plans and materials, ensuring they align with our learning objectives and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand educational needs and develop a strategic content roadmap.
  • Implement innovative learning strategies and technologies to enhance content delivery and learner experience.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of instructional materials and modify them as necessary to improve learning outcomes.
  • Facilitate regular team meetings to foster collaboration, encourage innovation, and ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.



Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

Required:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in instructional design, including at least 2 years in a leadership role or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong knowledge of learning theories, instructional design models, and eLearning strategies.
  • Proficiency in using instructional technology and course development software.
  • Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.



Preferred Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

  • Master's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or related field.
  • Experience in using data to evaluate the effectiveness of learning materials and to inform content development decisions.
