Job Overview:

To thrive as the Innovation Manager, you’ll split your time between business analysis and driving innovation initiatives. You will be responsible for turning research into actionable insights, conducting business analysis, and creating impactful presentations. In addition to your analytical skills, you’ll manage innovation projects such as design thinking, new product exploration, and development. Your role will be pivotal in supporting consumer insight-driven initiatives and developing strategies that influence product development and market innovation.

Working closely with the Senior Manager of Consumer Insights, you will collaborate on projects and learn from their expertise, while managing your own projects focused on innovation and business strategy. Although this is not a people leader role, it offers a unique opportunity to lead projects and influence business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct business analysis and turn research into actionable insights.
  • Manage innovation initiatives such as design thinking, new product exploration, and development.
  • Develop and deliver presentations using PowerPoint for leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Work collaboratively with the Senior Manager on research projects and insights.
  • Translate business intelligence and research into strategies that drive innovation.
  • Lead market research efforts to identify new product opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Innovation, Market Research, or related field or equivalent work experience.
  • 3-5 years of experience in business analysis, strategy, or innovation management.
  • Strong business intelligence background with the ability to conduct research and analysis.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, with the ability to create and deliver compelling presentations.
  • Experience in design thinking, new product development, and innovation management.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Strategy consulting experience is a plus
