COHO Integrated Solutions is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support the Department of Veteran Affairs (VA) located at the VHA Office of Finance in Denver, Colorado. This role involves preparing reports, creating graphics presentations, coordinating meetings and conferences, and managing various administrative tasks.

Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

  • Prepare reports and program documentation.
  • Create and design graphics presentations.
  • Plan and coordinate meetings and conferences.
  • Perform data entry, filing, and document reproduction.
  • Proofread and edit documents using specialized and technical terminology.

Citizenship:

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen

Clearance:

  • Must pass background check

Education:

  • High School Diploma

Essential Job Requirements:

  • Required Knowledge/Experience:
    • Familiarity with specialized and technical terminology preferred.
    • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and graphic design software is a plus.
