Marketing Specialist

Serves as the center of commerce for the wholesale furniture, gift, home decor and apparel industries. Location: Atlanta, GA

Hours: Work hours: 9-5 (but may change based on business needs)

Preferred Skills:

  • 3-5 years Marketing Experience
  • MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Excellent Communication Skills (Written and Verbal)

Position Duties and Responsibilities:

Project Management:

Oversee the following production schedules + timelines to keep projects moving forward and the team on task and deadline.

  • Spring Sample Sale
  • DESIGN ADAC
  • SEDY (Southeast Designers and Architect of the Year Awards)
  • Social Content Calendar
  • 2025 Ad Deadlines Spreadsheet

Communications:

  • Showroom News
    • Gather tenant submissions
    • Review submissions and finesse copy
    • Submit submissions to graphics by 15th of each month
    • Proof and work with graphics to finalize
  • Tenant Memos
    • Manage the internal tenant memos calendar working with marketing, leasing, operations and General Manager
    • Gather content and create draft of tenant memo
    • Work with respective team to review draft and approve content
    • Deploy memos
  • Event Promotions
    • Liaison to senior event manager to build out EPF s (Event Planning Form) for each new event
    • Work with senior event manager to gather graphics and content from media and event partners per the agreement
    • Reach out to the partners to request the assets and provide to graphics to start building out promotional assets
    • Ensure all respective team members review drafts according to the production deadlines
Public Relations:

  • Event Calendar Listings
    • Gather content from marketing point person and provide to 360 Media
    • Proof initial draft and share with internal team
    • Compile internal feedback and send to 360 Media
Administrative:

  • Returned Mailers
    • Look up contacts we have returned mail for in our CRM system to determine if we have incorrect contact information
