Basic Functions And Scope Of Job

The purpose of the Product Manager is to oversee the process and material involved in the manufacturing of our products with the focus on horizontal Carousels. To build a road map for the product from idea to install. Maintains strong relationships both internally and externally to products meet requirements with highest degree of accuracy and quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a liaison between operation departments including Sales, Service and Engineering
  • Collaborate with other departments for the design, planning and manufacturing of products
  • Work with Quality to address and alleviate production and install concerns
  • Work with stakeholders to build product strategy and policy development
  • Review and adjust inventory levels and production schedules to maintain on time delivery.

  • Secure all risks analysis and countermeasure through action plan
  • Subject matter expert to support both internal and external resources.

Requirements

Qualifications and Skills:

This role is pivotal in supporting production efforts. The individual in this position must have a high degree of integrity, resourcefulness, and professionalism in working with colleagues and clients. Relationship building, customer service, and the ability to follow up in a timely manner are critical for success. The ideal candidate will have relative experience, excellent communication and time management skills, and manufacturing aptitude.

  • Bachelor’s degree Supply Chain or a related field preferred.
  • 2-3 years experience in project management, manufacturing processes and supply chain management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced experience in Excel
  • Functional and practical knowledge of SAP or advanced experience with other MRP/ERP systems required.
  • Experience with AutoCAD is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent customer service & problem-solving skills, the ability to communicate effectively, and the capabilities to operate independently and take initiative are required.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Be able to build good relationships with colleagues-teamwork.
