Unified Communications - VTC Technician III

You will be supporting the Federal Aviation Administration's leadership at the FAA HDQ in Washington D.C., and FAA customers throughout the United States.

HOW A VTC TECHNICIAN III WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
- Provides technical audiovisual, multi-media, and video support services for meetings, conferences, training sessions and other events
- Analyzes, administers, and maintains telecommunications and video systems
- Should have working network knowledge.
- Understand signal flow for video and audio.
- Have experience with Zoom meetings and Zoom dashboard.
- Basic knowledge of MS TEAMS and Zoom.
- Have inventory control experience.
- Experience with video over networks.
- Experience with Biamp, Creston, and Polycom.
- Education: B.S. Preferred with a study in IT.
- Required Experience: 5+ years of related experience
- Required Technical Skills: Zoom and MS TEAMS platforms
- Security Clearance Level: US SECRET
