We are on the lookout for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our team to support an engineering consulting firm in the Downtown area. This role offers a long term contract opportunity, where the focus will be on the entire recruitment lifecycle, specifically supporting the teams with sourcing and other HR administrative functions to support the talent acquisition team.

Responsibilities

  • Provide professional support and coordination in all recruitment activities, liaising with different management levels.
  • Administer the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), including creating requisitions, screening resumes, and updating candidate statuses.
  • Enhance candidate experience from the initial stages to onboarding, including conducting prescreens, scheduling interviews, and providing timely feedback to candidates.
  • Coordinate recruitment events, including career fairs and in-office recruitment activities.
  • Maintain detailed records from prescreens and collect interview feedback from the hiring team.
  • Schedule, track, and document Talent Acquisition activities in the ATS and other tools.
  • Conduct required testing coordination and administration.
  • Undertake any special projects and administrative functions assigned.
  • Effectively interact with all levels of employees within the organization.
  • Use skills such as Recruitment - Sourcing, Applicant Track System, UKG Pro, Human Resources (HR) Administration, and Engineering Recruiting.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition
  • Proficiency in Recruitment - Sourcing strategies and techniques.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems, particularly UKG Pro.
  • Experience in Human Resources (HR) Administration, including understanding of HR processes and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Professional certification in HR or Talent Acquisition is a plus.
