We are actively seeking an experienced Program Execution Group Manager who will be primarily responsible for supporting the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC) at Tinker Air Force Base, Oklahoma.

The AFLCMC Propulsion Directorate, AFLCMC/LP, has the collective Air Force Materiel Command ( AFMC ) mission responsibility for developing, acquiring , testing, fielding, sustaining, and modernizing leading edge propulsion systems through the life cycle management for the United States ( U S) warfighter and international partners.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the duties listed below

  • Plan, assist, coordinate, draft, follow-up and execute processes.
  • Assist with the planning and drafting of the Monthly Acquisition Report (MAR)
  • Assist with coordination of briefings, papers, and inputs to ensure continuity and standardization over time.
  • Help with consolidating information for generating and facilitating staff meetings for senior program management. Charts include data from various tracking systems (travel, accountability, calendars, top issues, suspenses, personnel actions, etc).
  • Assist with the maintenance and execution of the self-inspection checklist program.
  • Support the management and tracking of internal and external suspense tasks.
  • Assist with planning and tracking award review boards, award and decoration packages, personnel performance reports, and feedback.
  • Assist the Directorate (and its members) with training and preparation of staff summary sheets and packages.
  • Aid in consolidating package information that needs to be staffed.
  • Help the Front Office Group (and its members) with travel approval worksheets, to include drafting estimates and justification for travel.
  • Assist with consolidating and staffing travel requests as required.
  • Collaborate with team members to consolidate information from the functional areas and leadership to draft reports and briefs as required.
  • Help with the employment of analytical methods or techniques to collect, analyze, and evaluate information required by the Division Managers.
  • Assist with coordinating all Division's top issues, activity reports and briefings for the Engineering Directorate staff meetings.


Education, Requirements and Qualifications

  • Clearance: Tier 1
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field and at least three (3) years of experience in the respective technical / professional discipline being performed, three (3) of which must be in the DoD or,
  • Seven (7) years of directly related experience, five (5) of which must be in the DoD


Working Conditions and Physical Requirements
