Job Description

A contractor is needed in Indianapolis, IN for the role of Service Billing Analyst with our client. The role tracks, analyzes, investigates and resolves service billings and inquiries in relation to contract. Provides information and recommendations to management to ensure contract terms and goals are aligned with customer's and company's needs.

Other Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Provides ad hoc reporting and analysis as requested.
• Manages, organizes, and analyzes data or other information.
• Acts as a resource in providing information to others in the implementation of solutions.
• Applies fundamental concepts, practices and procedures to analytical work.
• Requires some evaluation, originality or ingenuity.
  Specialized knowledge of specific work processes or area.
• Provides analytical work to assigned area.
• Advanced knowledge of a specific field, and applies this knowledge to look in-depth at information pertaining to the area.

Qualifications/experience required:

• 2-4 years of experience in a relevant position
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Outstanding customer orientation and service focus
• Strong interpersonal skills and team player attitude
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or equivalent
