Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive reserve studies for properties, analyzing the condition and lifespan of major components.
- Prepare detailed reports outlining current and future funding needs for property maintenance and replacements.
- Collaborate with property managers and stakeholders to gather necessary data and insights for accurate assessments.
- Develop and maintain relationships with construction professionals to ensure accurate cost estimations for repairs and replacements.
- Review and update existing reserve studies to reflect changes in property conditions and costs.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Finance, or related field.
- Proven experience in estimating costs and managing construction projects.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to prepare detailed reports and estimates.
