Your role at Clorox:

Project manager for the Kingsford/Brita BU supporting supply chain projects.

In this role, you will:

Provide end to end supply chain expertise and leadership within a Strategic Business Unit (SBU) to help plan and implement comprehensive product change initiatives. A PM works through strong linkages between the Supply Chain Organization (SC) and multiple cross-functional partners to ensure that the implementation of change efforts supports both the SBU and SC functional strategies.

What we look for:

  • Provides functional expertise and broad business input within brand/category business teams
  • Acts of the primary voice of all SC functions within the project team. Facilitates communication and coordination of SC functional activities outside of team meetings.
  • Develops and recommends an end to end supply chain execution strategy that delivers against short and long term requirements of approved project objectives (i.e. start of ship, volume, Total Delivered Cost, supply risk, etc.).
  • Is accountable for the successful activation of projects through start of ship and technical transfer.
  • Provides leadership to ensure alignment between SBU and SC functional objectives.
  • Facilitates functional project reviews and communication plans to impacted supply chain sites and the greater Supply Chain organization.
  • Handles Supply Chain implementation of product change concepts
  • Provides Supply Chain linkage and leadership on product changes to ensure appropriate speed to market.
  • Supports the Supply Chain feasibility process for chartered work.
  • Ensures outstanding supply execution, start of production/start of ship for new projects / promotions.
  • Acts as project manager for some projects, as assigned and depending on size & scope.
  • Identifies / recommends cost savings opportunities for assigned products/SBU.
  • Collaborates with business team members to develop personal capability beyond functional Supply Chain authority into business partner within the team.
  • Builds partnerships across SC sub-functions to deliver break through results.
  • Works with Supply Chain Integration resources to synchronize project status and priorities across constrained resources.
  • Designs and implements best practice business processes to ensure effective and efficient use of Supply Chain Solutions resources.
  • Acts as a role model to ensure effective team dynamics in order to deliver business priorities and induce/engage required resources.

Workplace type:

Hybrid 3 days a week in the Alpharetta, GA or Pleasanton, CA or Durham, NC, or Bentonville, AR.

Based on the breadth of our ranges, most new hires will start at Clorox in the first half of the applicable range. Your starting pay will depend on job-related factors, including relevant skills, knowledge, experience and location. The applicable salary range for every role in the U.S. is based on your work location and is aligned to one of three zones according to the cost of labor in your area.

–Zone A: $86,600 - $161,900

–Zone B: $79,400 - $148,400

–Zone C: $72,100 - $134,900
